Originally from Upstate New York, Charlotte’s first time seeing the Southwest was in 2023, during their time as an AmeriCorps conservation crew member. Looking out over the city from the Superstition Mountains was one of Charlotte’s first views of the west, and it will always have a special place in their heart. Charlotte then spent a year as an environmental educator for a non-profit located in West Virginia, encouraging children to develop a positive and caring relationship with nature through experiential learning.
Charlotte feels truly grateful to be able to continue giving back to this naturally beautiful state through Wild Arizona. In their free time, Charlotte enjoys looking at bugs and birds, scrapbooking, and spending time with their 8 siblings.
