Brian Stultz, Wild Arizona’s Deputy Director, takes to D.C. once again — this time alongside a coalition of advocates for the Grand Canyon Centennial Protection Act!
Brian, a U.S. Army veteran, represents veterans in the outdoors and is a voice for Wild Arizona, the Arizona conservation community, and recreationists across the West. Alongside Sierra Club staff, Brian met with numerous representative offices – including Congresspeople from California, Arizona, and Colorado – bearing this message: permanently halting new uranium mining around the Grand Canyon is life-affirming, socially just, and environmentally & economically wise.
At a press conference held in D.C. on June 4th, Brian presented his statement in solidarity with Tribal leaders and fellow conservationists.
